During the first 6 months after the publication of the first FP7 Calls, Detect-it 2 has already assisted and facilitated the submission of some 64 FP7 proposals, which resulted in the involvement of some 205 SMEs in the project consortia.
In particular:
- In the ICT sector, 88 ideas for proposal were assessed by the panel of experts, of which 27 became FP7 submitted proposals. Some 94 SMEs were eventually integrated in FP7 consortia.

- In the Energy sector, 60 ideas for proposal were assessed by the panel of experts, of which 10 became FP7 submitted proposals. Some 42 SMEs were eventually integrated in FP7 consortia.
